Return Policy
Please note that returns on digital products, clearance items, and sale items are not accepted. Due to their nature, crochet patterns, once purchased, are non-refundable.
Physical crochet items and amigurumi can be returned within 14 days of purchase. We want to ensure you love your handmade treasures!
To start a return, please complete the following steps:
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
Reply to your order confirmation email giving a reason for the return and a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you. Drop your item in the mail and once the item is received a credit will be issued. Please include an image of the issue if there is a defect, incorrect item, or damage from shipping. A full refund minus the original shipping cost will be processed to your original payment, store credit voucher, or a new item shipped out.
Digital Patterns
We do not accept returns for crochet patterns. As digital products, patterns are considered final sale once downloaded or accessed. We encourage you to carefully review pattern details and descriptions before making a purchase. If you have any questions before buying, please reach out to us!
